The Role: Roofing Project Manager

In the roofing industry, our Project Managers are the face of the company. You'll sell the job, own the relationship, and manage your customers from inspection to final payment--all while earning industry-leading commissions.

This is a 1099 (commission-only) opportunity with massive upside. No ceiling on earnings. Average first-year income for motivated PMs: $100K+.

What You'll Do

Door-to-door & referral-based lead generation in storm-affected neighborhoods (Georgetown, Mt. Pleasant, Myrtle Beach, Pawleys Island, Murrells Inlet, etc.) Perform free roof inspections and educate homeowners on damage, insurance claims, and upgrade options Build trust, close sales in the home, and secure signed contracts Guide customers through the insurance approval process (we train you--no prior experience needed) Coordinate with production teams to ensure flawless installation Manage customer communication from sale to final walkthrough and collect final payment Develop repeat & referral business (your pipeline becomes your annuity)
