Job Description

Seeking a Project Manager or Sr. Project manager to take the lead on Multifamily and Mixed-Use projects. This role will require the ability to bid and win projects.
Responsibilities for Project Manager - Mixed Use Construction in Los Angeles

• Manage and oversee multifamily construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Lead project teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and updates.
• Identify and resolve project challenges to ensure timely and successful completion.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
