Immediate need for a dedicated Project Manager for our Hampden corporate office.

Qualified, hard-working, individual will accurately estimate and manage property fire/water/sewage/mold mitigation jobs. The adaptable individual will work closely with insurance companies and adjusters and will be responsible for managing the restoration jobs field cleaning and laborer crews. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while being a team player and managing multiple priorities is essential.

Key Responsibilities Include:



Ensure customer satisfaction Coordinate and manage team to produce jobs on time and under budget Lead your project team and inspect job sites Meet sales goals: sell jobs and actively market for new leads Generate and negotiate accurate job estimates with potential clients Oversee job cost reporting Prepare work-in-progress calculations Prompt, incremental billing and working with Project Coordinator on collection of all funds Proper file documentation including photos, signed authorizations, and progress notes

Qualifications:



Ability to multitask and work under pressure and deadlines Advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent ability to complete required paperwork correctly and on time Proficient mathematical aptitude Excellent written, organizational, and verbal communication skills In-depth knowledge of the commercial/residential construction industry Knowledge of restoration processes and procedures is beneficial Must be familiar with estimating software - Xactimate and DASH experience is preferred but not required Strong sense of urgency and desire to learn and excel

Schedule:



Monday to Friday, approximately 6:30 am to 4:00 pm Alternating the On-Call schedule for emergency projects on night and weekends
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
