Project Manager - Millwork

$25-$45/hr (Depends on Experience)

Role Summary

Responsible for managing millwork projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. This role requires strong coordination, communication, and client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of millwork projects and daily operations Define scope, objectives, and schedules Prepare and maintain project documentation Monitor budgets, revenue, and project profitability Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment Identify risks and escalate when necessary Build and maintain strong client relationships Ensure projects are completed according to scope, budget, and timeline

Qualifications

5-10 years of architectural millwork experience 5-8 years of project management experience PMP certification preferred Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Experience managing projects through full lifecycle Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
