• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering commercial projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and local building codes.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

• Proven experience managing church construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met.
• Strong understanding of metal building systems and ability to oversee their integration into complex projects
• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment with plans and specifications.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations and local building codes.
• Oversee procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to project sites.
• Facilitate regular communication with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing concerns.
• Resolve project-related issues quickly and effectively to keep the project on track.
• Conduct site inspections and manage project documentation, including change orders and RFIs.
