POSITION SUMMARY



The Project Manager is a key role in our organization and has many responsibilities which consists of planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. A successful candidate would show past experience in planning and designating project resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the entire project within the confines of a company's goals and vision.

Determine and define project scope and objectives Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements Track project costs in order to meet budget Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Manage Budget: Prepare budget based on plan and resources; Consistently track project costs and make updates, as needed. Develop Project Schedule: Develop working schedule and provide updates to all stakeholders. Manage Contracts: Communicate constantly with vendors and suppliers to ensure tasks and deliverables are met and relationships are healthy between parties. Monitor Progress: Make any adjustments throughout the project; measure performance and efficiency to identify areas of improvement.

SKILLS & ABILITIES



Education:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field, preferred.

Experience:

5-8 years of project management and related experience. Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.

Computer Skills:

Able to efficiently operate computers and computer programs. Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Certificates & Licenses:

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, preferred.

Other Requirements:

Proven, sustained record of high-quality work with excellent follow-through and strong drive for results. The ability to develop trusted relationships with key influencers and stakeholders. Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
