The PM will lead and manage construction projects within the business services industry, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution. This role focuses on overseeing project progress, coordinating teams, and maintaining compliance with established standards.

• Oversee the planning and execution of construction projects.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead and manage project teams to ensure quality work.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to align project goals.
• Implement safety and compliance measures across all projects.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all project activities.
• Conduct regular project reviews and report on project status.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

• A degree in civil engineering, architectural engineering, mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Prior experience in project management at a commercial general contractor
• Strong tenure with previous employers.
• Superior communication and negotiation skills.

Our client is a mid-sized commercial General Contractor located near Maryland Heights, MO. They work in a wide variety of commercial markets, primarily focused on Tenant Improvement projects below $5M in value but they are currently chasing larger Ground Up work.

• Competitive salary package, ranging from $90,000 to $115,000.
