This role involves overseeing project management tasks within the construction department, ensuring successful project delivery from start to finish. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate expertise in managing multiple priorities effectively.

• Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to align expectations and deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules and budgets, identifying and addressing potential risks.
• Oversee procurement processes, including securing necessary permits and materials.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all project sites.
• Lead project meetings, providing updates on progress and addressing any issues that arise.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Document and report on project outcomes to support continuous improvement initiatives.
