We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join a leading General Contractor in Kansas City. This role involves overseeing construction projects and ensuring they are completed efficiently and successfully.

• Manage and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with various teams, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges promptly.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
• Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

A successful Project Manager should have:

• Strong knowledge of construction project management principles and practices.
• Experience with Procore or other similar construction technology.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with commercial project management.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
