You will oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Manage all aspects of K-12 construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure quality assurance and control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

A successful Project Manager should have:

• Strong experience in managing K-12 construction projects.
• Thorough knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.

• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
