Required Experience & Skills:

10+ years of experience managing cross-location teams, with a strong focus on delivery excellence, work-breakdown planning, and effective resource allocation across multiple pods.
Proven experience delivering projects in an Agile environment, including leading Agile ceremonies such as Backlog Readiness, Backlog Refinement, Daily SCRUMs, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives.
Strong ability to collaborate with development leads and business stakeholders to remove delivery impediments, resolve issues, and manage delays through proactive communication and coordination.
Ability to facilitate technical analysis, review requirement specifications with business partners, and ensure requirements are accurately captured and maintained in JIRA.
Experience creating clear and comprehensive Confluence knowledge articles, supporting multiple teams across application platforms.
Ensure JIRA boards, workflows, and logs are well-organized to provide both granular task visibility and high-level management reporting.
