Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee various construction projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in project management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage resources, timelines, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring project goals are met.

Duties

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including project scheduling and resource allocation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure necessary resources and services. Implement change management processes to adapt to evolving project requirements and stakeholder needs. Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement effective solutions. Utilize Kanban methodologies to enhance workflow efficiency and team productivity. Present project updates, status reports, and key metrics to stakeholders at various levels of the organization. Oversee process management initiatives to streamline operations and improve overall project outcomes.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role within a relevant industry. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Proficiency in project scheduling tools and software. Excellent negotiation skills with experience in vendor management. Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions effectively. Strong understanding of change management principles. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective presentations.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
