Role Summary:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated

Project Manager I

to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to lead projects that make a meaningful impact. Under the guidance of senior leadership, you will manage small to mid-sized projects--or key phases of larger initiatives--ensuring successful execution from start to finish. This role offers a collaborative environment where your project management skills will contribute to advancing organizational goals while delivering value across departments.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage small-scale projects or specific phases of larger projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery Implement established project plans, monitor timelines, budgets, and performance metrics Identify and resolve operational challenges, escalating issues when necessary to minimize disruptions Perform data analysis and calculations to support project requirements and decisions Coordinate external contractors and vendors to ensure high-quality integration and service delivery Estimate costs, resource needs, and timelines; track progress to meet targets and milestones Assign tasks, set priorities, and oversee daily project team operations Conduct regular project meetings to share updates and align stakeholders Prepare and present status reports to internal teams and leadership, promoting transparency and accountability

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in project management within a fast-paced, professional environment Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting demands Proficiency in project planning, budgeting, and reporting Effective written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams Availability to work onsite Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Experience working with or coordinating external contractors Familiarity with healthcare or enterprise-level projects is a plus PMP certification or progress toward certification is highly preferred
