We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
with a strong background in
industrial tilt-up construction
. The Project Manager will serve as a key representative of Nino Development, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and the internal construction team. This role requires leadership, strong decision-making, and the ability to manage projects from inception through closeout while maintaining a culture of safety, quality, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Lead projects through all phases, from planning and scheduling to execution and closeout.
Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
Manage project scope, contracts, budgets, schedules, and change orders.
Oversee and maintain comprehensive project documentation, records, and reporting.
Proactively manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Represent Nino Development with professionalism in all client and stakeholder interactions.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and community partners.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience
in ground-up construction project management.
Demonstrated expertise in
industrial tilt-up construction
; experience with commercial and hospitality projects is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Proficiency with project management software and construction documentation tools
