As Project Manager II, you'll oversee multiple engineering projects from start to finish. You'll work closely with management and internal teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards, while building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple center-based and onsite projects through all phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company procedures
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and documentation (including change management and risk mitigation)
Maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams
Conduct status meetings and prepare regular reports for management and clients
Resolve project issues with customers and suppliers
Support business development and delivery managers as needed
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in an applicable field
8-11 years of relevant project management experience
Experience with project management tools and methods
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Team player, able to work in cross-functional and virtual environments
PMP or ScrumMaster certification preferred
Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Pay: $73,870.02 - $88,961.75 per year
