The Project Coordinator supports and coordinates organizational projects that enhance KVC's work and mission. This role partners closely with internal and external business leaders and stakeholders to add value through effective project coordination, technology utilization, continuous learning, and strong relationship-building.

Education
High School Diploma or GED with relevant behavioral health exposure required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred

Experience
Minimum of 3 years of related experience and/or training in project coordination

Must be at least 21 years old

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate and coordinate project meetings
Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related questions and concerns
Collaborate with project teams to identify and document deliverables, tasks, dependencies, and priorities
Assign tasks and due dates to appropriate resources in partnership with project teams
Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date project documentation
Proactively identify, assess, and troubleshoot project risks and issues
Provide regular project status updates to leadership and stakeholders
Coordinate project go-live activities, including training, communication, and change management
