Job Description

The Project Manager - Hospitality & Commercial Projects will oversee and manage construction projects within the hospitality and commercial sectors, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. This role requires a results-driven individual with expertise in coordinating teams, budgets, and schedules to achieve project goals.

  • Manage all phases of hospitality and commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure efficient operations.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project specifications and deadlines.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant local, state, and federal construction regulations.
