Job Description

Position Summary:

The Project Manager position has a primary responsibility to ensure that each customer is completely satisfied through every step of their project so that the customer is likely to refer others to us for remodeling projects. Will need to be responsible for roofs, gutters, siding and window projects.

Responsibilities/Duties:

Handle customer complaints, problems and warranty issues Make repairs to current and past jobs Provide customers with a five star service Ensure the job gets done in a timely manner and on time Communicate with the customer throughout the entire project with updates on how the job is going Complete a correct final measurements and installations according to priority Ensure that each customer issue is handled properly, documented and rectified within 24 business hours Obtain necessary permits Verify materials needed have been delivered, bringing any additional materials to the job site as needed Open communication with the Project coordinators(s) on the progress and completion of the jobs Assist with the deliveries of materials Final walk throughs with completed sheets

Traveling to jobs in Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine

Punctual to every appointment Maintain a clean and organized truck Needed truck maintenance Any and all forms need to be filled out and turned into the project coordinator daily Fill out and get a change order form signed by the customer for every change made to the project Ensure that every job site is cleaned 100% at the end of the job Able to climb any height ladder Able to bend lift and carry a minimum of 50lbs Ability to walk roofs Valid driver's license and

clean driving record

Ability to work independently in a fast pase changing environment Excellent organizational, time management, multi-tasking and skills while managing multiple jobs
