Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects in Orlando, overseeing all phases from planning to completion. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex, high-impact projects with a reputable general contractor and strong growth potential.

  • Lead and manage healthcare construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Identify and resolve project challenges to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and management.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and risk management practices.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in healthcare construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of ground-up and renovation projects within medical facilities
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and compliance standards
  • Proficiency in construction management software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
  • Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
