Our client is a reputable General Contractor in the Greater Kansas City area. Founded 20+ years ago, they specialize in the federal/government, healthcare, and commercial spaces. Due to growth in the pipeline, they are looking to bring on an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to join the team. This individual will be essential to their work/projects and long-term growth of the organization!

• Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Oversee budget management, procurement, and resource allocation for assigned projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to key stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
