Responsible for overseeing activities for healthcare construction projects, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. The role involves managing subcontractors, enforcing safety standards, and maintaining top-quality workmanship throughout the construction process.

• Oversee site operations to ensure projects progress according to schedule and budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors, managing workflows and resolving issues quickly.
• Enforce safety standards and compliance with healthcare-specific regulations and protocols.
• Monitor quality control throughout all phases to meet strict healthcare construction requirements.
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction.

• Excellent communication and leadership for effective coordination with clients and teams
