Job Description

Position Overview:



Project Manager will report to the President of company and work with leading long-term customers. You will be co ordinating end to end project execution through partnership with internal resources, vendors and customers. Highest priority will be given to timely execution of the projects, accuracy of work and strong sense of customer service while staying cognizant of budget management. This role has very high visibility with long runway for growth within the organization.

This role will involve:

Collaborating with our team to oversee the supply and installation of commercial bathroom accessories and toilet partitions. Working directly with clients to generate and finalize shop drawings, coordinate on-site measurements, manage product orders, and arrange deliveries. Managing third-party subcontractors for on-site installations. Evaluating and pricing change orders for ongoing projects. Addressing various project-related challenges such as delays, site conditions, installation problems, and other everyday issues that arise in commercial construction. Coordinating with our suppliers and manufacturers regarding orders and material shipments. Partnering with other project managers, warehouse personnel, and drivers to ensure the successful completion of projects. Managing project deficiencies and working with clients to ensure their complete satisfaction upon project completion. Assisting in warehouse management and conducting monthly inventory checks.

Requirements:



A bachelor's degree in business/project management/engineering or 2-5 years of relevant experience. Certified associate in project management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) would be highly desired. Familiarity with construction industry will be a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
