Are you an experienced leader with a passion for driving projects to success? We are seeking a

Project Manager

to lead and oversee community and economic development initiatives, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and seamless execution throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned local government clients. Facilitate and oversee CDBG and HMGP projects, all stages from pre-application and final application development, to release of funding conditions, and project implementation to project closeout. Coordinate and attend local governments' public hearings or meetings, as needed. Collaborate with internal team members, funding agencies, and beneficiaries, as well as external stakeholders, to ensure successful outcomes and future CDBG and HMGP grant opportunities. Prepare and review project revisions, amendments, budgets, and reimbursement requests. Ensure compliance with HUD, FEMA, state, and federal regulations (including 2 CFR Part 200, relocation/acquisition, and reporting requirements). Oversee and monitor procurement activities, project schedules, construction work, and budgets. Attend approved program training and technical workshops.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in

project management, community development, or grant-funded programs

. Strong knowledge of

CDBG/HMGP programs, compliance standards, and budget management

. Excellent

organizational, leadership, and communication

skills. Ability to

coordinate multiple teams, manage deadlines, and oversee financial integrity

.

Education and Experience:

Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred. Prior CDBG/HMGP grant experience is preferred; Employer willing to train.

Physical and Other Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Must have a valid driver's license.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
