As we grow our project portfolio, we're looking for a
Construction Project Manager
to join our team and lead multiple ground-up and renovation projects. You'll be managing subcontractors, schedules, and budgets from pre-construction through close-out -- with full support from our in-house estimating, field, and administrative teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day project management: budget tracking, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, architects, and field staff
Develop and manage project schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines
Coordinate RFI/submittal process and track project documentation (Procore experience a plus)
Oversee jobsite safety compliance, inspections, and quality control in partnership with field superintendent
Ensure adherence to local codes, DPP requirements, permitting processes, and project specs
Conduct site visits and meetings; some outer island travel may be required
Report regularly to ownership on project status, risk management, and budget performance
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager for a GC
Proven track record managing commercial, multifamily, or institutional construction from start to finish
Proficient in scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor negotiation
Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to run meetings and lead diverse teams
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
OSHA 30 certification preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
