OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are in need of a project manager/foreman. Main job duties would be overseeing and managing crews installing/replacing utilities lines. Organization, time management, interpersonal skills, problem solving, and being detail oriented are ideal traits we are looking for in our candidate. Project management, crew lead, and employee management experience is requested. Must be insurable and have good driving record. Local work with minimal travel. Essential Role Responsibilities:

Manage schedule within budget and timeline Ensure all tasks are safely completed Comply with all safety procedures and regulations Assist in site project management and training for team, as well as holding crew member accountable for safety protocols Maintain a brisk and productive pace of activities to complete all assigned tasks within time constraints Leave construction equipment and tools clean, organized, and stored in an orderly fashion after each use Install/replace utilities lines as needed Provide assistance to other team members on various tasks if your duties are completed ahead of schedule Always maintain positive client relations, communicating to ensure excellent customer service, and reporting any potential client dissatisfaction to the Project Manager Follow company procedures for documenting time, purchasing and service Report to assigned work site on time, ready to work Follow all directions and pay attention to details Maintain professional behavior and maximum efficiency

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
