Position Overview:

Sigil Solutions seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee security & IT technology installations for large-scale commercial clients. Installed systems include surveillance, access control, servers, networking equipment, and structured cabling. This individual will serve as a key leader in Sigil's Production department, directly managing Lead Technicians and partnering with the President to continuously improve company operations.

Essential Duties & Requirements:

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the following duties:

Manage large-scale technology system installation projects from contract signature through project completion, including: Development of detailed project plans including tasks, timelines, dependencies Oversight of technical resources including ongoing schedule & task management Upkeep of project information including change orders, equipment lists, work orders/labor logs, field notes, engineering documentation, etc. Proactive communications with clients, general contractors, Sigil stakeholders Profit analysis by tracking & analyzing sales estimates vs. project data for both equipment orders and labor usage Partner with President to scale the Production department, including the development, formalization, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP's)

Abilities & Experience Required:

The ideal candidate possesses all of the following:

Direct experience in the commercial security technology industry with brands such as Genetec, Axis, HID, Assa Abloy, Salto, Mercury, etc. NOTE: At minimum, the candidate MUST have experience in a commercial low voltage / electronics industry (security, IT, audio/video) 4+ years of experience in project management or low voltage / electronics systems installation Strong computer skills & strong familiarity with project management software Familiarity with the construction process for new builds and retrofit installations Excellent communication skills (in person, email, phone, text) A strong work ethic, ability to navigate in ambiguity, and commitment to client success

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
