• Manage all phases of construction projects within the federal and healthcare sectors, from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and healthcare construction regulations and standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively to maintain smooth operations.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project milestones successfully.
• Monitor quality control and ensure adherence to project specifications and safety protocols.

A successful Project Manager should have:

• Degree in Construction Management (or related field)
• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• Experience managing projects $20M+
• Experience working on federal/government or healthcare projects preferred
• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Procore (or similar project management platforms)
• Must be a self-motivated individual who works independently and excels in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and customer relations skills

• Competitive salary range of $108,000 - $132,000 annually, based on experience.
