Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager / Estimator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, with expertise in estimating and project coordination. You will be responsible for managing project schedules, reading blueprints, and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Prepare accurate construction estimates using industry-standard software such as ProCore, HeavyBid, and Primavera P6. Coordinate project scheduling and resource allocation while maintaining effective communication with team members and clients. Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with project specifications. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure safety standards are met. Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain bids and negotiate contracts. Utilize construction management software for tracking project milestones and documentation. Implement time management strategies to optimize workflow and productivity across all project phases.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction management or a related field, with a strong understanding of project management principles. Proficiency in construction estimating tools such as Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and Primavera P6. Solid knowledge of project scheduling techniques and construction site experience. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, contractors, and team members. Strong time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
