Position Summary

The Electrical Project Manager plans, directs, and delivers the electrical scope for commercial/industrial projects in Indiana. The PM leads preconstruction through closeout--owning schedule, budget, quality, and safety--while coordinating field teams, vendors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans; track percent complete, costs, and cash flow. Lead submittals, RFIs, change orders, procurement, and material logistics. Coordinate with Superintendents/Foremen to plan manpower, sequence work, and resolve field issues. Interpret drawings/specifications; drive constructability, value engineering, and code compliance. Maintain client, GC, and trade-partner relationships; lead progress meetings and site walks. Ensure QA/QC, commissioning, and punch-list completion; manage closeout documentation. Monitor risk and safety performance; implement corrective actions.

Physical Demands

Occasional site visits. Ability to climb, kneel, and lift up to 25 lbs., valid driver's license.
