Key Responsibilities:
Lead small to large-scale restoration projects, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, budget, and schedule
Participate in site visits and evaluate potential projects for proposal opportunities
Support contract development and assist with sales efforts
Manage post-award documentation and submittals
Oversee project meetings, both virtual and in-person
Develop and maintain project schedules, including baseline and look-ahead planning
Create and implement site logistics and mobilization plans
Collaborate with superintendents and safety officers to ensure jobsite safety
Manage quality control efforts across all phases of the project
Procure materials and subcontractor services
Coordinate staffing and HR needs for each project
Oversee equipment usage and maintenance on job sites
Analyze plans and prepare estimates, change orders, and pricing proposals
Handle construction administration tasks including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Generate reports, manage invoices, and maintain project documentation
Provide support to senior leadership on larger-scale projects
Assist with project management in the DC/NCR region as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 5 years managing commercial or government rehabilitation/restoration projects
Strong communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
Experience with CPM scheduling and cost-loaded schedules
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project needs
Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
Familiarity with historic restoration is a plus
