Project Coordinator/Dispatcher

to join our fast-paced plumbing service team. This role is the hub of daily operations--coordinating technicians, scheduling jobs, communicating with customers, and keeping projects on track from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Dispatch technicians and manage daily schedules for plumbing service and repair projects Coordinate project timelines, materials, and job requirements Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, updates, and job status Prepare and send proposals, follow up on estimates, and assist with invoicing Track project progress to ensure timely completion Maintain organized records, job notes, work orders, and documentation Support the service manager and field teams with day-to-day operational needs Handle incoming calls and prioritize urgent service requests Order parts/materials as needed and coordinate deliveries Assist with compliance, maintenance schedules, and internal workflows

Qualifications

Experience in dispatching, project coordination, or office-based construction/service roles (plumbing/HVAC/electrical a plus) Strong communication and multitasking skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Proficiency with office software and scheduling tools Reliable, organized, and customer-focused Must be Bilingual (English & Spanish)
