IFM Project Manager
The Project Manager is responsible for the leadership and ongoing management of facility management contract at a specific site.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Provides project management support to project teams, ensuring clear and open communication, and fostering proactive cross-functional integration across all areas.
Sales growth at current customer locations, other current customer locations, and new customer as well.
Profit/loss performance, and variance action plans to achieve goals.
Identify and manage profit and loss leading indicators prior to month end.
Quality of service
+ Validate that quality standards are understood by the ream and the customer.
+ Validate that scope completion KPI's are established, tracked and acted upon.
+ Contract performance through use of balanced scorecard and customer surveys.
Lead Continuous Improvement and cost reduction efforts using world class manufacturing process.
Implement Task Analysis methodology to quantify and substantiate Continuous Improvement Results.
Ability to train site leadership and team members on Continuous Improvement Philosophy and Methods.
Develop Succession Planning depth charts for your region.
Grow leadership from within your region to fuel new growth and opportunity.
Train and develop the site leadership team on Ownership and Accountability.
Sub contract management.
Document management.
Participates in strategic planning and problem-solving techniques.
Evaluates metrics and adjusts activities to meet or exceed performance expectations.
Promotes a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and efficient resource utilization.
