Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage the planning, execution, and completion of high-quality custom home construction projects in Maine. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship.
The Project Manager - Custom Homes will:

• Manage all phases of custom home construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate and oversee contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand and meet their specific needs and preferences.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Identify and resolve any project-related issues promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

A successful Project Manager - Custom Homes should have:

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager (leading work start to finish)
• Experience managing custom home construction projects within the business services industry.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in managing budgets, schedules, and construction documentation.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes in Maine.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and teams.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
