The Project Manager oversees all phases of assigned construction projects, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong team collaboration, financial control, and timely project delivery. This role requires a high level of professionalism, strategic problem-solving, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, internal teams, and field personnel.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Relationship Management
Deliver exceptional, first-class customer service on every project.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, vendors, inspectors, power companies, and internal teams.
Address and resolve customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Generate new business by cultivating new relationships and maintaining existing ones.
Project Leadership & Team Development
Lead project execution and ensure full compliance with contract terms.
Work closely with Foremen, Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and Estimators to define complete project scopes.
Mentor and support the development of project management staff.
Promote collaboration and clear communication among the entire project team.
Financial & Contract Management
Manage all project budgets and maintain cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare accurate cost projections and update monthly Work-In-Progress reports.
Proactively manage billing to ensure positive cash flow; coordinate with accounting personnel.
Estimate, price, negotiate, and review change orders.
Analyze drawings and specifications to identify value-engineering opportunities.
Project Execution & Documentation
Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met.
Prepare and present spreadsheets, reports, and required documentation.
Conduct procurement activities for materials, consumables, tools, equipment, and subcontractors.
Maintain consistent communication with General Contractors, Architects/Engineers, subcontractors, Project Managers, and Foremen.
Recommend improvements or methods to enhance project outcomes based on resources and project needs.
Ensure all work complies with company policies, procedures, and safety programs.
Travel to project sites as required.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure job site teams maintain a safe work environment.
Attend and lead required meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
