Pay Range:

$65,000 - $85,000 annualized base pay based upon experience and qualifications



ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY:



As a Project Manager, you will work in a challenging and deadline-driven environment where service, quality, and attention to detail are key and where you will be expected to supervise and support complex projects and our teams, clients, and tenants onsite.

This Project Manager role requires the demonstrated ability to effectively supervise diverse teams and projects in person and travel as needed regionally and nationally both short- and long-term. This role is intended to be a full-time exempt position, based at the job site, and reports to a Senior Project Manager and/or Director of Operations.



KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



Successfully manage the day-to-day project deliverables for your assigned project(s) including worker productivity while maintaining compliance with quality standards, building codes, and safety practices Successfully manage the day-to-day project needs for your assigned project(s) including supervising plumbing, carpentry, drywall and paint crews, troubleshooting, scheduling, and client and tenant communications Effectively collaborate with other supervisors and departments to monitor and accurately report on the project in a timely manner Efficiently resolve problems that arise due to resident and client concerns, inclement weather, emergencies, or other issues Travel at short notice to transport needed materials between vendors and/or job sites Maintain, foster, and develop productive relationships including with co-workers, other departments, clients, subcontractors, and vendors Identify and recommend process improvements, ensuring improved quality and deliverables

KEY REQUIREMENTS:



1-3 years' experience directly managing construction crews, materials, and tasks in challenging and fast-paced environments Demonstrated customer service experience Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills A positive "no job is too big or too small" attitude Proficiency in English, written and spoken, and excellent presentation skills Proficiency in basic computer skills including with email, internet, Word, and Excel Must have a personal vehicle suitable for regular local and regional transport Must be able to travel locally, regionally, and/or nationally Must be able to relocate for short- or long-term projects Must be able to regularly lift and carry 25-50 lbs. High School degree or GED

Location Requirement:

This role will be a part of either East Coast, West Coast, or Southwest Division and is subject to travel requirements.



PREFERRED CANDIDATES?will also have prior trades experience or hands-on construction knowledge, coursework or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field or working toward or holding a relevant professional certification
