Job Summary



We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Manager to oversee solar projects from the office. This role focuses on coordinating schedules, budgets, permits, and client communications to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. While primarily office-based, a background in construction project management is highly valued to ensure seamless communication with field teams and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities



Project Coordination:

Manage the planning and execution of solar projects, ensuring alignment with schedules, budgets, and client requirements.

Scheduling & Planning:

Support master scheduling by coordinating resources, equipment, and labor availability with Operations and field teams.

Client Relations:

Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.

Documentation & Permitting:

Oversee permit submissions, approvals, and inspections while maintaining accurate records and project documentation.

Budget Tracking:

Monitor and control project budgets, track expenses, and support financial reporting.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

Work closely with Operations, Warehouse, Engineering, and Procurement teams to ensure readiness and efficiency.

Construction Oversight (Office-Based):

Liaise with field supervisors and subcontractors to align office planning with on-site progress.

Problem-Solving:

Anticipate risks, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

Reporting:

Generate project status reports and updates for leadership review.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
