Job Description

This position seeks a skilled Project Manager in Commercial & Multifamily Construction to oversee project planning, execution, and completion in Maine. The role requires strong organizational skills and a proven ability to manage multiple construction projects effectively.
The Project Manager - Commercial Construction will:

  • Coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for management.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all sites.
  • Oversee procurement and manage project-related budgets effectively.
  • Provide leadership to project teams and foster collaboration among team members.

A successful Project Manager - Commercial & Multifamily Construction should have:
  • A proven track record in managing construction projects within the property industry.
  • Experience managing commercial construction projects start to finish
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to oversee multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • A degree or certification in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
