Job Description

The Project Manager - Commercial Construction will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This role is based in Tulsa, OK, and requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

  • Manage the planning, execution, and completion of commercial construction projects in Tulsa, OK.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely delivery within financial constraints.

A successful Project Manager - Commercial Construction should have:
  • 5+ years of project management experience leading multiple site projects including Commercial, Retail, Office and Educational ground up projects
  • A proven track record of managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
