The Project Manager (PM) will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This role is integral to driving successful project outcomes.

• Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring successful execution from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to meet client expectations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns proactively.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to keep projects on track.
• Lead project meetings and maintain accurate documentation of progress and decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools.
