The Project Manager will play a key role within the company, running multiple projects at a time and offering management from a high level.
Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to define project scope and requirements.
Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
Prepare and present reports on project status to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Manage project resources, including materials, labor, and equipment, efficiently.
Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams to achieve project goals.

5+ years of general contracting experience
Bachelor's degree in construction engineering or related discipline preferred
Experience managing ground up commercial projects $5M - $10M in value
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
A proven track record of successfully managing construction projects in the property industry.
