The Project Manager will play a key role within the company, running multiple projects at a time and offering management from a high level.

• Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to define project scope and requirements.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
• Prepare and present reports on project status to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Manage project resources, including materials, labor, and equipment, efficiently.
• Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams to achieve project goals.

A successful Project Manager should have:

• 5+ years of general contracting experience
• Bachelor's degree in construction engineering or related discipline preferred
• Experience managing ground up commercial projects $5M - $10M in value
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• A proven track record of successfully managing construction projects in the property industry.
