We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial construction projects in Nashville, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will coordinate with contractors, clients, and stakeholders to manage resources, schedules, and project risks effectively.
Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of commercial construction projects from initiation through completion.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to align project goals and resolve any issues.
Monitor construction progress and quality to ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
Prepare and present regular project reports and documentation to stakeholders.
Manage risk by identifying potential problems early and implementing effective solutions.
Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure all project deliverables meet contract specifications and client expectations.

The successful candidate will have proven experience managing commercial construction projects, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. They possess excellent leadership and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders. Highly organized and detail-oriented, they are adept at problem-solving and risk management in fast-paced construction environments. A solid understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and contract management is essential, along with proficiency in project management software and tools. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
