Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of assigned projects from preconstruction through closeout. This includes managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure successful, high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, from preconstruction planning to completion.
• Manage project budgets, cost reports, change orders, and pay applications.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Lead coordination among owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Conduct site visits and work closely with superintendents to ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met.
• Review and negotiate subcontractor agreements and scopes of work.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to project teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects with a general contractor.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
