Job Description

The Project Manager will oversee and manage construction projects within the commercial and affordable housing sector. This role is based in Boston and requires a professional who can ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor and enforce safety compliance on-site.
  • Review and approve project plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Manage procurement of materials and resources for the project.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.

The successful Project Manager should have:
  • Proven experience in construction management within the commercial and affordable housing sector.
