Job Description

Location: La Romana, Dominican Republic & Cayey, Puerto Rico

We are seeking a

Project Manager

to lead the implementation of a

SAP S/4 HANA deployment project

across two key manufacturing locations:

La Romana, Dominican Republic

and

Cayey, Puerto Rico

. This role is critical for ensuring the successful design, build, testing, and deployment of SAP systems within a global ERP template framework. The position requires frequent travel between both sites and close collaboration with local and global teams. Strong bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish), proven experience in managing complex SAP projects, and flexibility to adjust working hours for global coordination are essential.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, build, integrated testing, and overall delivery of the project for assigned locations. Collaborate with local and global teams on data, change management, technical integrations, and day-to-day project operations. Ensure integration and remediation of spoke systems connected to the SAP S/4 HANA core. Develop and maintain a detailed project plan using MS Project. Provide detailed metrics and reporting on status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Experience

:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field with

7+ years

of IT experience, OR Associate's degree with

9+ years

of IT experience.

Knowledge & Skills:

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Teams. Advanced proficiency in MS Project. Experience with ERP global template design (hub and spoke architecture). SAP S/4 HANA (preferred). Modern integration technologies (preferred). Strong verbal and written communication, leadership, time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.

Additional Requirements:

Ability to travel as needed.

Flexibility to adjust working hours for global collaboration. Proven experience in managing complex integration projects and deployments. Background in Manufacturing/CPG/FMCG industries.

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Work Environment:

Light physical effort; occasional lifting of 10-50 lbs. Extended periods of sitting, standing, or walking. Frequent use of computer and keyboard equipment.
