Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our organization. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic goals.

Duties

Develop and manage project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Implement change management processes to facilitate smooth transitions during project implementation. Utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence for tracking progress, managing tasks, and maintaining documentation. Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement corrective actions as necessary. Oversee program management activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Manage project requirements, ensuring all stakeholder needs are met while adhering to scope management principles. Lead team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and celebrate successes.

Qualifications

Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of lean principles. Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Confluence. Strong skills in change management and program management. Excellent team management abilities with a focus on fostering collaboration among team members. Demonstrated experience in project implementation and scope management. Ability to conduct root cause analysis effectively to resolve issues promptly. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: $62,366.71 - $75,108.30 per year
