$115,000 - $155,000 + bonus

Overview

Jackson Dean Construction is hiring an experienced

Project Manager

to take full ownership of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This role holds complete authority over construction efforts and works closely with leadership, clients, and the estimating team to ensure successful execution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage total construction efforts including budget, schedule, scope, and quality Collaborate with the Chief Estimator during preconstruction and negotiated work Oversee subcontractor procurement, contracts, and change management Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact Monitor cost controls, forecasting, and project financial performance Coordinate with Superintendents to ensure field execution aligns with plans Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope

What We're Looking For

7-10+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction Strong background in medical, office, and retail construction Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong financial, scheduling, and leadership skills * Ability to make decisions and lead projects independently
