This company is specifically seeking candidates with at least 4 years of Active U.S. Military experience

The Military Division of Korn Ferry has partnered with our client on their search for a Project Manager, based out of their southeast Baton Rouge LA facility. This global organization is a pioneer in the design and production of technologically advanced equipment for energy & power systems - looking for polished individuals seeking a role with lots of room for exciting career growth.

Must have strong experience with rotating or reciprocating equipment (steam turbines, compressors, turbochargers, valves, or gas turbines) - a background in Project Management or Service Coordination is highly preferred, and will give you a huge advantage over other candidates!

Compensation: $100,000-120,000 base

(+ flat-time overtime after 40 hours and relocation)

What You Will Do:

Oversee repair projects for steam turbines, centrifugal compressors, reciprocating compressors, and related turbomachinery. Serve as the client POC/liaison for all active repair projects, maintaining consistent communication throughout project execution. Manage the scope, cost, and schedule of repairs across multiple projects simultaneously. Create inspection reports, repair proposals, and work instructions referencing technical drawings and service specs. Collaborate with machinists, welders, inspectors, and engineers to ensure quality and delivery standards are met. Support Lean initiatives and continuous improvement culture. Monitor ongoing job costs and maintain alignment with client expectations and internal targets.

Education and Work Experience:

at least 4 years of

Active Duty U.S. Military experience

required 5-8 years' experience with

rotating or reciprocating equipment

(steam turbines, compressors, turbochargers, valves, or gas turbines) Background in project management or service coordination preferred Proficiency with MS Office Suite; experience with SAP, OnePM, Salesforce, or Teamcenter a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills; able to manage multiple clients and internal teams concurrently.
