Role Overview:

Wholesale Electric Caribe (WEC) is seeking a Project Manager or assistant Project Manager to lead lighting and control projects. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with top quality, meeting customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day execution of lighting and control projects. Coordinate deliveries, logistics, meetings, and reporting with clients, internal teams, and suppliers. Develop schedules and manage risks using internal tools. Manage budgets, contracts, and milestone compliance. Support executive sales team with project quoting and estimating

Requirements:

BS engineering, Business Management, or related field or minimum 1-3 years' experience in project Construction management. Preference for electrical or lighting and controls experience but not required Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Candidates must be available for continuous travel to the United States

Compensation & Benefits:
