If you desire to be part of a team and love leading residential remodeling projects, this job might be for you. W.E. Davies & Sons Remodeling is looking for someone with 5+ years of hands-on residential remodeling experience.
Our ideal candidate will have experience with coordinating subs and vendors for FULL remodels of bathrooms, kitchens, additions, decks, loft spaces and more.
The four major roles associated with this opportunity are:
Clerical - Review projects, manage production meetings, and manage change orders Leadership - Onsite training of apprentice carpenters, managing sub-contractors, communicating with homeowners and job site safety Production - from planning to final site cleanup, from managing calendars to being an accountability director Management - you'll manage your site and projects from start to finish.
