The Challenge



We need a high-performance Project Manager who thrives under pressure and delivers flawless execution on complex custom millwork and metal fabrication projects. This is a demanding role for someone who gets energized by juggling multiple urgent priorities, solving technical problems, and driving projects to completion with zero margin for error.

What You'll Master

Drive complex projects from conception through installation while managing shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and demanding clients Become the technical expert on our ERP system (Innergy) - mastering every module to optimize project workflows and data accuracy Manage high-pressure situations when fabrication issues arise, deadlines compress, or client requirements change mid-project Coordinate multiple stakeholders simultaneously - clients, designers, shop teams, field crews, and suppliers - keeping everyone aligned under pressure Analyze and optimize project data, identifying inefficiencies and implementing systematic improvements Maintain exacting standards for documentation, approvals, and quality control - details matter in custom fabrication




What We Demand



Technical Mastery:


3+ years managing complex construction/fabrication projects with proven track record under pressure ERP system expertise required (Innergy would be a huge plus) Advanced proficiency with project management software, technical drawings, and specifications Experience with high-end millwork, custom interiors, or precision metal fabrication
